Refund & Returns Policy
At Offerdrift, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt). Certain items such as clearance products, custom tools, and hygiene-sensitive goods (e.g., earplugs, respiratory masks) are non-returnable unless faulty. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item). Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days to the original payment method. If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the replacement product when contacting us. We encourage you to contact our customer service team before initiating a return. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
